About the Event
RQFEOC has partnered with fitness enthusiast Jayme Light to bring out a fun cardio based exercise class for you and your babies! Jayme will be leading this event to get your kids active and discuss nutrition. Parents are encouraged to join but not required. Lets start the new year off right by developing healthy habits. Ages 5-13 welcome!
